Job Description
Established in 1994, the firm has grown to accommodate client demand and expanded its reach statewide with offices in Austin, Beaumont, Houston, San Antonio, and Tyler.
We seek a litigation Paralegal with at least three years of litigation (Personal Injury)experience to join our law firm. The position pertains to all matters of litigation and insurance coverage.
Notably, insurance coverage is substantially different from general insurance defense.
Requirements
- Great organization skills
- Proficient writing ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn new areas of the law
- Positive attitude
- Court/deposition experience
Benefits
The starting base salary is $50,000-70,000, depending on experience, plus yearly bonuses for meeting minimum hour requirements. The salary will be toward the higher end of the scale for exceptional candidates with several years of experience who meet the above needs. The salary would be toward the lower end for candidates with less than four years of experience.
