Job Title: SharePoint Functional Lead/Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months+
Job Description:
We need a Records Management Expert in the US who will drive user adoption and regulatory compliance:
- Creating standardized and holistic RM Practices across Allianz that supports compliance and retention.
- Boost M365 user adoption and overall productivity through the migration of SP basic to SP DMS.
- Be a coach and guide to the business and teach them their responsibilities and accountabilities related to Records Management.
- Create training materials and deliver end user training to upskill Allianz Record Owners, Record Champions, and employees on SP DMS.
- Create guides and FAQs on M365 and SP DMS tips and tricks to increase maturity across AGCS.
- Having a subject matter expert on board who can be a coach and advisor to the business leaders.
