Synergy Home Care of Westchester is actively searching for a Community Liaison to join our team of professionals in a full-time position at our Scarsdale office. The Community Liaison will manage and develop relationships with clients and referral sources in the community to promote Synergy Home Care services. The primary purpose of this role is to increase community engagement and development compassionately and actively, and to educate Westchester County about the services we provide and our excellence in the field. This position serves to create and maintain positive relationships with community organizations and referral sources and is an ideal opportunity for someone with sales and marketing experience looking to make a lasting and positive impact in our community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of Synergy Home Care: Quality, Compassion, and Professionalism
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing referral sources
- Maintain and promote Synergy s presence in the community by building relationships with community agencies, facilities, professionals, and industry network organizations
- Participate in, plan, and carry out community events such as volunteer programs and organization walks
- Stay current on community events and opportunities to promote Synergy Home Care services
- Build and promote Synergy Home Care as the provider and employer of choice in Westchester County
- Develop marketing goals and strategies and collaborate with the president to implement
- Utilize corporate tools, resources, marketers, and external resources to generate marketing ideas
- Track all marketing activity, sales activity, and contact information in ERSP
- Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness
- Communicate with office staff to stay aware of new and potential referral sources and leads
- Demonstrate solid sales performance or exceed sales standards
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 2 years of recent and verifiable sales and marketing experience within the Home Care industry
- Cheerful personality and exceptional communication skills
- Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of initiative
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Strong ethics and kind, caring attitude
