people whilst also being an integral part of our success as a businessbrbrThe Account Executive role is key to our commercial success as it drives the acquisition of new clients Our target clients are predominantly from within the NHS with a focus on large enterprise level deals at CSuite level This involves managing complex and multistakeholder sales cycles whilst working independently and with autonomy This role will involve new business as well ascrosssell and upsell opportunitiesto maximise revenue opportunities across our product suitephrhKey Responsibilitieshulululli dirltrp dirltrBuilding relationships at CSuite level through strategic valuebased selling business case development ROI analysis and client referencesplili dirltrp dirltrManaging all stages of the sales cycle independently including prospecting qualification educationevaluation system demonstrations contract negotiations and closing of dealsplili dirltrp dirltrEnsuring all stages of the sales cycle are undertaken effectively and in line with our sales methodology and processplili dirltrp dirltrCreating a healthy pipeline of prospects that will result in overachievement of booking targets plili dirltrp dirltrIdentifying and optimising crosssell and upsell opportunities delivering maximum value to clients and increasing product engagement and contract value plili dirltrp dirltrForecasting managing and updating pipeline activities using the CRM plili dirltrp dirltrConducting accurate weekly monthly and quarterly forecasting as well as revenue deliveryplili dirltrp dirltrInvesting in building relationships with key stakeholders through events and other networking opportunities plili dirltrp dirltrRepresenting Patchwork at events and conferences applicable to territory and business needs plili dirltrp dirltrForging close relationships with key internal stakeholders across the Revenue function ie Marketing and the wider business ie Product and Client Operations plili dirltrp dirltrInvesting time in understanding current product capabilities and future roadmaps tapping into knowledge across the businesspliulululhrhRequirementshhEssentialhulululli dirltrp dirltrExtensive experience with examples of selling to CSuite level in the NHSplili dirltrp dirltrProven background of carrying a quota of or more and closing transactions with ACV higher than plili dirltrp dirltrProven background of managing both sales to new clients as well as upselling and crossselling to existing clientsplili dirltrp dirltrAbility to work independently within your own territory and share key knowledge with others plili dirltrp dirltrConsistent and proven track record of overachieving on targets with a hunter mentalityplili dirltrp dirltrExperience with sales methodologies ie SPICED MEDDIC Challengerplili dirltrp dirltrEagerness to work with multiple people and be a selfstarter plili dirltrp dirltrPrideful in attention to detail plili dirltrp dirltrTech savvy and adaptable
