🚀Your mission: The Senior Business Development Manager would play a key role in expanding the business on the B2C landscape, by building and strengthening the relations with Freelancers across the UK Market.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling and advising our innovative services to freelancers within the Engineering and IT industry
Support in setting up sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator, Networking, etc) and follow-up
Managing the whole sales cycle, from initial prospect to finalising and closing the deal
Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions
Negotiating contracts with clients
Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
Liaise and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of service provided
Participate in online and offline events
Ensuring the quality of the consultants' experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2C market
Profile:
Fluency in English, written and spoken is essential
Fluency in an additional European language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch) will be an advantage
3+ years experience in Sales, Business Development in a B2C environment
Previous experience working in a similar industry (or umbrella, EOR, recruitment agency), is a must for the role
Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Well-spoken, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A strong can-do attitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects
Problem-solving skills
Previous leadership experience or eagerness to progress into a management role would be ideal for the role
Conflict management and resolution skills
Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
