Location: On-Site - Las Vegas, Nevada

Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000

Commission Structure: There is a small bonus around 3% annually

• 5-10 years of management experience

About the Role

This is a Controller role that will be responsible for the day to day accounting functions of the organization as well as reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day aspects of accounting including but not limited to accounts

receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cash balances, inventory accounting, revenue

recognition, fixed assets, financial statement preparation, compliance, and various special

analyses

• Manage, supervise, support and mentor the accounting team with leadership that creates

an environment of trust and productivity

• Document and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure that

transactions are recorded and report in compliance with GAAP

• Maintain organized, accurate records, reconciliations, and analysis that support balances

and transactions in the accounting system

• Responsible for timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and the related financial

reporting

• Assist in managing annual financial audit as well as audits with financial institutions,

regulatory agencies, customers, vendors or other

• Assist CFO with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting and/or other matters
• Interact with all levels of the organization including senior management as well as

externally parties such as auditors, tax professionals, vendors, and financial institutions

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous management experience
