ARIA Recruitment is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to fill a position with a General Contractor that specializes in the out of the ground construction of Nursing Homes, Self Storage and Warehousing facilities throughout the Eastern seaboard of the USA. The ideal Superintendent will have experience building fast-paced, ground up projects. Site Superintendent- Job Responsibilities As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring your project is constructed to schedule and budget. You will be responsible for managing all field staff and sub-contractors and reporting progress and issues promptly.
Further duties include - Maintaining good relationships with all sub-contractors, staff, community and owner’s representatives.
- Adhering to company safety programs and standards.
- Ensure that schedule allows for proper sequence of construction.
- Complete all daily and weekly documentation and submit as required in a timely manner.
- Identify and action any changes in scope and work orders.
- Identify any issues or problems before they arise.
- Read and understand engineering and architect drawings as required
Travel Superintendent- Job Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong history of managing ground-up commercial construction projects within the United States. Further requirements are - A high school certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- A trade background and/or a degree qualification is desired but not required.
- Be able to successfully pass background checks.
