Facilities Officer

Tasks

• Conduct building inspections as needed.
• Ability to travel between and work on various sites.
• Oversee cyclical maintenance, reactive maintenance, and site inspections for a variety of public and commercial buildings.
• Attend site investigations to pinpoint building issues, liaise with contractors, manage works, and provide/receive technical instructions.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in all aspects of building, including structure, plumbing, heating, and electrical.

Duration: 12 weeks

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
