We are a rapidly growing brand management firm in the local area. Currently we have an opportunity for an Event Assistant to join our Event Management team. This is a full time position with fully paid one on one and group training. The Event Assistant will work closely with the Event Management Team to develop and execute all aspects of our specialty brand development campaigns, with the focus of building brand awareness for our various clients in the local marketing. . The Event Assistant must be personable and have a basic knowledge of advertising and marketing. Please note, extensive experience or knowledge is not required, this is an entry level role that provides paid training into a management position. Event Assistant Tasks Assist management teams with special events promotions. Monitor advertising trends and event results Act as a liaison between our clients and consumers Support management in planning and executing events around the local area

Previous experience in a communications-centric role Knowledge of basic communications techniques and promotional outreach strategies Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive client relationships Experience working hands-on with clients or customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player
