Are you looking for a Communications Assistant or Community Outreach career in business development, marketing or sales, but have little or no experience? Having a hard time getting your foot in the door with a successful, proven firm?
We may be just what youre looking for. With the recent expansion in the past few months, we are looking for new, energetic individuals that are looking for a career in management, and not just a job!
Our client base keeps getting bigger and better, making it imperative we find the right individuals to train for our entry-level management positions. Our hands-on training would involve the following areas: business development; account management & coordination; sales; marketing; public/client relations; team/market development and campaign coordination - all of which lead to a management position. Some entry-level sales are involved, but as management training only. We provide a team of sharp, professional people to represent our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Exceeding weekly goals both as an individual and as a team
- Relationship building with current and prospective clients
- Effectively executing marketing campaigns
- Sharing marketing strategies and attending/leading strategy breakout sessions among peers
- Professional Networking
- Attending professional and personal career building conferences and seminars
- Managing client accounts
Requirements
