Position Overview: As a Wedding Event and Venue Organizer, you will be the driving force behind curating and executing seamless weddings that reflect each couple's unique love story. You will work closely with our clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail is flawlessly planned and executed, from the initial consultation to the moment the last guest departs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with couples to understand their wedding aspirations, preferences, and themes.
Assist in selecting the ideal venue from our stunning portfolio, taking into consideration the couple's vision and guest count.
Coordinate with vendors, such as florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians, to ensure all elements align with the chosen theme.
Create detailed event timelines and itineraries, managing each phase of the wedding day meticulously.
Oversee all logistical aspects, including setup, décor, lighting, and sound to guarantee a smooth event flow.
Handle any last-minute adjustments or challenges with poise and professionalism.
Serve as the main point of contact for the couple and their families, providing consistent updates and reassurances.
Manage budgets and financial aspects of the wedding, ensuring all expenses are tracked and adhered to.
Stay up-to-date with wedding trends and industry innovations to provide fresh and creative ideas.
Qualifications:
Experience in wedding and event planning, preferably in a venue setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems on the spot.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative flair and an eye for design aesthetics.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.
