Family Support Advisor

Tasks

Answering Queries: Respond to inquiries from families, caregivers, and external customers regarding the Family Information Service. Provide clear and accurate information to address their concerns and guide them through available resources.

• First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance from the Family Information Service. Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to build trust and rapport with service users.
• Informing External Customers: Effectively communicate with external customers, such as partner organizations, to share relevant information about the Family Information Service and the assistance it offers.

Requirements:

• Compassion and empathy for individuals and families in need of support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
