An exciting opportunity has arisen at FRP Technologies, based at our site in Coleshill. FRP works across multiple sectors and provides products and services, including prototyping, to the medical, automotive, and aerospace industries and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Team. Our Coleshill site focuses on the automotive work.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can take responsibility for the successful management and delivery of projects to our customers.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the project management process including:

- Managing projects on a day-to-day basis and projecting performance against agreed targets.

- Preparation of Sales, Margin and Pipeline figures for weekly review.

- Quoting and following up to review with prospects / customers.

- Inputting into Sales Presentations and marketing materials.

- Creation of timing plans, managing suppliers, and dealing with delays and / or technical issues as they arise.

- Assessing risks and determining operational controls for projects and metrology. To be implemented by the Project Team.

- Working with key suppliers / supplier development.

- Overseeing the Project Team and managing their performance and coaching individual team members where required.

- Ensuring all operational controls are followed by the Project Team.

You will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of different customer requirements across the automotive industry and have the ability to multitask and deal with multiple projects in an organised and efficient manner.

We are looking for a confident individual who has excellent communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail, this being an essential part of the role, and the ability to deal with pressure and changing priorities.

First Interviews will be conducted via Teams, with second interviews to be conducted on site.

Experience:

• You must have experience of training and coaching others and experience of working with individuals from different backgrounds and with different skills.

• You must have proven employment history in a similar project management role.

• You must be fully computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Project, Word and Excel.

• You must have a willingness to continue to learn new topics relevant to Project Management.

• You must be educated to degree, or equivalent, level.
