Millwright Rigging

The Millwright/Rigging professional will play a crucial role in the repair, installation, and transportation of industrial and mechanical machinery and equipment, including large motors, pumps, compressors, switchgears, transformers, circuit breakers, and controls. They will also be responsible for constructing and installing equipment and conveyors for rigging and reviewing and repairing defective machine parts using appropriate tools, including micrometers and welders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and transport industrial and mechanical machinery and equipment.
• Construct and install equipment and conveyors for rigging purposes.
• Review and repair defective machine parts using appropriate tools, including micrometers and welders.
• Maintain a high level of mechanical proficiency and technical expertise.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during operations.
• Perform tasks efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial maintenance.
• OSHA Certifications (preferred).
