Location : Remote (USA)
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of
Salesforce, including user management, security, customization, and integration with
other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring that it is properly configured, customized, and integrated with other systems.
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using best practices, including workflows, approval processes, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making.
Perform data management activities, including data import/export, data cleansing, and de-duplication.
Manage user accounts and profiles, ensuring that users have appropriate access to data and functionality.
Train and support end-users on the Salesforce platform.
Work closely with the development team to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Ensure that Salesforce data is backed up and secure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including configuration, customization, and data management.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
