Contracts Senior Fully Remote

This position may be offered to a candidate authorized to work in the US for his/her/their stated employer, without any restrictions which would prevent the candidate from working on the proposed assignment for the duration of the assignment period.

The right candidate must have:

• 1) Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) software.
• 2) Solid understanding of commercial IT contracts and artifacts (ie. Master Agreement, License Agreement, Schedule of Service, Statement of Work, Amendments, Work Order, Purchase Order, Change Orders, etc).
• 3) Strong attention to detail and proficiency with contractual terms.

• This is a short-term (6 month) assignment to assist the Technology Solution Category Management team.
• The primary role of the candidate will be to clean up and organize the contracts database that resides in WSS.
• The candidate must be able to review contract documents, understand key pieces of information from those documents, input/correct information in required fields, and highlight any areas of concern/gaps to the Sr Category Manager.
• The candidate will be expected to perform the role without daily oversight, periodically reporting back progress/concerns to the Sr Category Manager. The candidate may work remotely.
