Job Responsibilities:
Planning and Strategizing Data Migration from SQL server to Snowflake.
Refactoring of existing SQL server code, Views SQL to be compatible with Snowflake.
Create roles and privileges for various data loads.
Enable data sharing between various Snowflake environments.
ETL pipelines in and out of Datawarehouse using Python and Snow SQL.
Create Internal and External Stages to transform data during data loads.
Create SQL views for new Business needs, enhancements.
Monitoring and optimizing Snowflake performance.
Understanding of concepts like Timetravel, fail safe, zero copy cloning, data sharing, micro-partitioning etc.

Technical Skills:
Cloud Technologies: Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks
Database: DB2, Oracle 11g/10g/, SQL Server 2016/2012/2008, Teradata.
