Looking for an ServiceNow Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting a federal client.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency and streamline operations
• Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
• Provide guidance and support to team members on ServiceNow development best practices
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features, and apply them to improve our solutions

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules and processes
• Working knowledge of custom widgets / front-end development in ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and web services
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of DevOps
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of Angular.JS & JSON
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

Security Clearance

• Active Secret Clearance.
