Need more assistance on team What does the average day look like for this person? They want to utilize MAs primarily for rooming, histories, med reviews and EKGs to start EPIC is important too Day to day skills used on the job? Patient rooming Health histories and medication reviews EKGs (placing the leads, not reading them) EPIC Charting What does the clinic/team look like (how many employees, volume, job roles, etc.)? What are the technical skills this person needs? EPIC and EKGs What are the soft skills needed for a good match? hard worker, dependable, quick learner! Nice-to-Haves: Would really like to find someone with specialty experience, ideally Cardiology Required Years of Experience?
