POSITION SUMMARY

Estimator for our Design/Build department for both residential and commercial.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solicit and obtain prints of future projects
• Provide a complete take off of projects
• Estimating projects & looking up pricing
• Review proposal
• Determine if there are any changes to submittal if job is accepted
• Maintenance manual
• Shop drawing
• Keeping the board updated
• Follow up with estimate

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in landscape/hardscape industry (res/com.)
• Excellent grasp of the green and construction industry
• Able to read and understand blue prints
• Salesmanship and customer service
• Good math skills, writing skills, communication skills
• Comprehension of landscape drawings and the execution
• Computer skills Windows xp pro, Microsoft office, Excel, Bluebeam
• Clean appearance and habits, attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, consistent, friendly, positive outlook
