Sales Development Rep (SDR)
Description: We are in search of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) who possess key soft skills, including strong interpersonal communication, empathy, self-confidence, and a customer-centric approach. SDRs should demonstrate a strong desire to advance in their sales careers and be motivated to achieve both personal and company objectives.
In addition to soft skills, SDRs should have a proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams, as well as a high aptitude for learning new web-based applications, including CRM systems, sales intelligence tools, and task management platforms. These skills will be essential in carrying out the following job responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various sources to identify potential prospects within the target market.
Foster new business connections through cold outreach, arranging client meetings, expanding existing networks, and leveraging professional social platforms such as LinkedIn.
Establish and maintain trustful and loyal relationships with clients through effective communication.
Deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Cultivate and enhance relationships with clients and stakeholders, focusing on service quality, prompt responses, and timely follow-ups.
Monitor and manage pertinent data in the companys CRM, recording all client interactions.
Coordinate schedules and facilitate meetings between clients and the relevant company personnel, ensuring active engagement and ongoing contact during the account development process.
Research software solutions that promote meaningful client communications and lead to an increase in sales leads.
Collaborate in the development of call scripts and email drip campaigns.
Interface with senior sales staff to identify needs and gaps in the sales development process, creating and managing action item lists to address these issues.
Develop and implement an effective sales development strategy.
Serve as the initial filter in the sales funnel.
Job Environment:
Full-time position.
The office is located in Renton, but they are open to a hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid work arrangement, with an expectation of approximately 3 days per week in the office.
Flexible work hours with a general adherence to standard Monday to Friday business hours.
Compensation: Base salary will be in the 75-90k range with year 1 in the 110-120k OTE range.
