Job Description

We are looking for a talented Construction Project Manager with a 5+ year track record of delivering high quality results and high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle for a range of projects including many in the manufacturing and distribution space. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of construction project planning and delivery. Duties include negotiating and executing contracts with clients and partners, and leading the on-site construction managers, foremen, subcontractors, and administrative/support staff.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of construction experience including manufacturing, logistics and/or warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in charge of end-to-end construction projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling software
- Knowledge/prior use of BIM tools and applications
- OSHA 30 certification
