Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the hospitality/restaurant operations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the establishment
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory and stock management
  • Supervise and train staff members
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive working environment
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional activities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality/restaurant management role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of front of house and back of house operations
  • Proven experience in stock management and staff management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead a team
  • Target driven mindset and ability to achieve set objectives
