- Customer is looking for a proposal to provide support and maintenance (patching, hot-fixes, monitoring, incident/service request resolution) for Opentext products hosted on-premise
- Documentum 16.6 version is used to store documents
- Daily ingestion of 20K-30K documents from 4 different sources. Approx. 10 TB of overall content stored.
- 30+ document types stored in repository (primary source being from Oracle)
- 150 floating users license. Daily basis only 30-40 users use Documentum platform
- One entity is exposed to external customers using secured server
- Thick client is installed on individual user's machine and web client is used as well
