Job Description
Job Descriptions:
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Dubuque, IA 52001
Shift: Rotating shifts 8 or 10 hour shifts between 7:45 and 9:00pm
Rotating weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries, questions, or requests, and referring them to the pharmacist for medical information.
- Verifying the accuracy of patient information.
- Receive prescriptions and check their validity
- Recording medical histories while maintaining confidentiality
- Counting prescription medication, filling prescriptions, and typing and attaching medication labels.
- Process patient insurance.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience
- BLS
