Job Overview

We are looking for an innovative and adaptable Online Marketer to join our global community on a remote basis. This role can be performed largely at your own direction. Communication with team members will be electronic with mandatory attendance and participation in weekly company-wide training calls for in-house and professional development.

You will manage your own marketing operations and develop your ongoing sales networks. You will create market research and marketing plans and evaluate the outcome of promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will monitor your marketing budget and ensure marketing content is according to our products and services identity.

The focus of the role is the growth, training, and development of your own team. Once team members have been trained in our bespoke systems you will nurture them and have weekly reviews to monitor their progress and identify any training needs.
