Job Description

For our client, a leading global company manufacturing transmission systems for tractors and off-highway vehicles, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support their strategic business growth in the US.

Mission

The goal of the Regional Sales Manager is to develop, direct and control the sales business strategies and activities for the organization s sales activity to achieve revenue, sales and profit targets.


Main responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, evaluate and pursue business opportunities that will contribute to the organization s short and long-term business goals.
  • Develop the sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies in the region.
  • Manage the market intelligence and track Competition.
  • Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers and partners to promote the organization s projects and services.
  • Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team in order to implement the organization s overall sales strategy in the region.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.
  • Adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Coach sales team on the technical aspects of our products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales.
  • Other assignments by the sales director.
  • Manage Credit as per company expectations

Main requirements and qualifications:

  • Fluent English both in written & oral
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Strong ability to plan, lead, market and execute programs.
  • High personal credibility and maturity to develop strong commercial relationships with senior professionals in industry.
  • Technical understanding of market and applications
  • Bachelor Degree/ master in Mechanical;
  • 10 years+ working experience in selling technology products to OEM;
  • 5 years+ on managerial positions

Job location:

This position is fully remote with traveling to visit customers throughout the central region of the USA.



Candidate must show proof of US citizenship/visa/alien registration. No sponsorship will be offered for this role.
