Job Overview

We have grown substantially over the past decade, and we are seeking a highly skilled, talented, ambitious, flexible, and professional individual to support continued growth. We are hiring a full-time Residential Energy Efficiency and Electrification Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong willingness to adapt to varying assignments within the scope of the position. They will also demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn new tasks in many areas related to achieving program success for clients.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in databases and large datasets to extract insights and help shape our energy efficiency and electrification program initiatives. While prior experience with utility programs and federally funded projects is preferred, a strong skill set in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Tableau is highly desirable.

This position may require working in a fully remote, fully on-site or a hybrid setting. All settings require on-site meetings at unpredictable frequencies and require full-time availability during business hours Monday through Friday. A remote setting requires working from home and primarily using video-based communication and, secondarily, electronic mail and messaging platforms to coordinate with project stakeholders. An in-person setting requires working on-site at an authorized project location. A hybrid setting requires a combination of remote and on-site.

This position may be filled as a direct hire, through a contracted staffing company on behalf of ERS, or as a direct contract placement.
