As an experienced EBS Testing Lead with in-depth expertise in testing Oracle EBS applications, including modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) to ensure the stability, reliability, and optimal performance of our Oracle EBS solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for Oracle EBS projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for specific Oracle EBS modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Supply Chain Management (OM, INV, PO), Human Capital Management (HR, Payroll), and Procurement.
- Harness the power of Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) to design and execute automated test scripts, with a focus on Oracle Load Testing (OLT) for scalability, Oracle Functional Testing (OFT) for automated functional and regression testing, and Oracle TestManager (OTM) for test process management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Document, report, and track defects, providing regular updates to the project team and senior management.
- Mentor and train junior testing team members on Oracle EBS module intricacies and best practices with the Oracle Application Testing Suite.
- Ensure all testing artifacts adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide recommendations for improving the quality processes and methodologies used within the team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Oracle EBS updates, patches, and best testing practices.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings, representing the testing team and providing insights on testing efforts and challenges.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing Oracle EBS applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle EBS modules like Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Procurement.
- Advanced proficiency with the Oracle Application Testing Suite, particularly in areas such as load testing, functional testing, and testmanagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What's nice to have:
- Certification in Oracle EBS or related technologies.
- Experience in leading testing teams and projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary for roles at Tharseo IT varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set and level of experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $79,000.00 to $125,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Tharseo IT s total compensation package for employees.
