As our Business Solutions Director, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning, redefining how we approach business solutions. Your vision and leadership will drive the profitable development of clients' businesses across EMEA.

Your Role:

Your mission will be to lead strategic input on consulting projects, focusing on the design, delivery, and development of innovative marketing programs. The goal? To enhance customer lifetime value and maintain Collinson Group's position as a trusted advisor.

You'll also be a key player in shaping our value proposition and supporting the creation of innovative products and services. Internally, you'll play a crucial role in developing advanced capabilities in areas such as loyalty, digital, data, and customer journey development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Solutions Mastery: Spearhead business solutions strategy for EMEA and drive business development initiatives.
  • Proposition Pioneer: Champion the development of customer value propositions and Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Client Strategy Leader: Lead and support client development and planning, collaborating with account owners to implement revenue-focused strategies.
  • Consulting Trailblazer: Manage both large and small consulting projects, building deep client relationships and identifying future opportunities.
  • Bid Management Expert: Act as the lead consultant for bid opportunities, guiding teams responsible for bid management.

Your Abilities:

  • Expertise in market and competitor analysis
  • Proficiency in customer journey analysis and mapping
  • Vision for loyalty program design
  • Keen business requirements identification
  • Skills in product and service development
  • Ability to develop solid business cases
  • Experience in economic modelling
  • Mastery of program measurement and optimisation
