Title: Senior Scrum master
Location: Huntersville, NC (Onsite)
Need only locals(onsite from Day 1)

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and empowering teams to embrace Agile practices, optimize processes, and deliver value consistently. As a Scrum Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's Agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement:
Advanced Scrum Leadership:
Guide Agile teams in embracing Scrum principles and optimizing practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and PI planning to drive eCommerce success.
Guide multi-team PI planning, aligning objectives and priorities.
Agile Coaching:
Mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile practices.
eCommerce Expertise:
Deep understanding of eCommerce, enhancing user experiences and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster collaboration across teams to achieve eCommerce improvements and value delivery.
Team Empowerment and Coaching:
Empower teams, coach Agile practices, and encourage continuous improvement.
Metrics-Driven Optimization:
Use data insights to enhance eCommerce performance and user engagement.
Backlog and Roadmap Management:
Collaborate on prioritizing eCommerce features and user stories for implementation.
Agile Scaling and Transformation:
Drive Agile adoption and scaling to accommodate eCommerce growth.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Gather feedback, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with stakeholders, Manage expectations, build trust.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Promote innovation, creativity, and ongoing process enhancements.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Identify risks, address issues, and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven Agile/Scrum Coach background with successful PI planning facilitation.
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and scaling (SAFe, LeSS).
Coaching Skills: Excellent coaching, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Cross-Functional: Thrive in collaborative, Agile, cross-functional environments.
Certifications: Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, SAFe) are advantageous.
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile, Scaled Agile
Experience with PI planning
Scrum certification must have
Product owner certification preferred
Full Time
