Job Description

Software Engineer (Lead) must have prior experience with SAP Incentive Compensation Management platform along with core tech requirements of Java, Javascript, and Groovy.

Given this, they are in need of a Lead ICM SAP Developer to partner with their Solution Architect as they look to essentially rebuild this solution end to end. This person needs to be broadly versed with ICM and worked across several of their modules. ICM SAP stands for Incentive Compensation Management - a module for commissions/broker payments within SAP and formally known as Callidus.

Position Overview: As a Developer specializing in SAP Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and integrations within the SAP ICM platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize compensation processes and ensure the seamless functioning of our incentive compensation system.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java applications and customizations within the SAP Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) framework. Collaborate with business analysts, SAP consultants, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements for compensation processes. Design and implement custom solutions to meet specific business requirements related to incentive compensation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs within the SAP ICM system. Optimize performance and scalability of Java-based applications within the SAP ICM environment. Develop and maintain documentation for customizations, code, and configurations. Collaborate with the SAP team to integrate Java-based solutions with other SAP modules and external systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ICM developments and best practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in SAP Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). Strong proficiency in Java programming and development. Knowledge of SAP ICM configuration, customization, and integration.

Experience with SAP ABAP programming is a plus. Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP Fiori is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. SAP certification in Incentive Compensation Management is a plus
