Job Description

Franchise Sales Executive - Fantastic Boutique Fitness Brand

Up to 45k basic plus strong OTE

London based with national travel required at times

Our client is a renowned boutique fitness brand with a mission to empower individuals to lead healthier lives. We offer a wide range of fitness products and services, and our commitment to excellence has earned us a strong presence in the fitness industry. We are currently seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Franchise Sales Executive to expand our franchise network in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential franchisees who align with our brand values and business goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners, guiding them through the franchise discovery and investment process
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to educate potential franchisees on our brand, business model, and franchise opportunities
  • Collaborate with the franchise development team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees
  • Provide ongoing support to existing franchisees, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for franchise growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract potential franchisees
  • Maintain accurate records of franchise leads and sales activities
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance with franchise agreements and regulations
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote franchise opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in franchise sales or a related sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners
  • Results-driven with a passion for the fitness industry
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events
  • Knowledge of franchise regulations and best practices is a plus
