Our Client is a leading strategic consultancy and leading enterprise and best practices consulting firm working with global companies.

Requirement:

This European practice is well established across Transformation and Advisory.
They are now strengthening and building their Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across Europe. Working with C-suite executives and procurement transformation / retained Finance
leadership teams, they design and implement procurement transformation/system implementations to deliver
World-Class Performance.

Essential:

The primary offerings of this practice area are Procurement Strategy, Procurement Transformation and Finance Technology.

Consulting Experience:


Delivery leadership procurement transformation projects and programs
Value proposition development
Cross-sector / capability awareness
UK, International and Global clients
Ideally, you should also have corporate experience.

Capability Experience:

Digitally enabled Procurement Function capability and talent transformation.
Digital Procurement S2P process optimization and integration.
Operating Model Design, transition and implementation.
Procurement Technology (full suite and Best of Breed) landscape understanding, design and implementation.
Third-Party Risk Management design, implementation and optimization.
Digital Procurement data management design and operation.
Performance Management definition, introduction and optimization.
Sustainability introduction and operation.
Procurement Automation and AI introduction.
Category strategy development and execution.
Spend analysis and opportunity assessment.
Cost reduction.

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Grow and develop the business through revenue creation in Procurement Transformation and relationship building.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Help grow and develop the Procurement Transformation Practice.
  2. Creating a clear Procurement vision and a Pragmatic Transformation Strategy.
  3. Implementing Procurement solutions and Procurement Service Delivery Model

Key SkillsKnowledge:

Global Procurement Transformation, working with clients large-scale digital business solutions at C suite level.

You are a subject-matter expert in Procurement Transformation and Financial Systems.

Experience required:

Min. 8 years experience in major Procurement Transformation working for a Management Consultancy or Professional Services in a management role.
