Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the CTS Product Management team.

As a CTS Product Manager, you will engage with CTS clients to develop and manage a portfolio of products and services precisely aligned to support legal sector firms. You will have complete responsibility for the creation, development and in-life performance of products and services, acting to make the end-to-end experience compelling and commercially successful.

This is a highly-visible role working across multiple business areas and actively working with stakeholders to influence, provide clarity and achieve the best possible outcomes. This role is aligned to our Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace proposition, so experience in these areas is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the full lifecycle of your product set from initial conception through to service delivery
  • Stakeholder Management - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with external clients and partners.
  • Maintain a product roadmap aligned to the business strategy.
  • Technology & Standards - work closely with technology and standards team to develop and produce a commercially viable product.
  • Awareness of our technology vendor roadmaps to identify opportunities to enhance ore development service offerings.
  • Commercials: Own the cost models and pricing strategies for your products and services, including complementary services promotions and supporting marketing with product campaigns
  • Own the Service Description and supporting service entitlement documentation for aligned products focusing on clarity of what the service does/does not do.
  • Competitive Analysis: Understand CTS competitors and work to build and develop differentiating products and services that align with the unique requirements of the legal sector.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop training material and deliver training sessions that will enable teams to successfully position our services and win opportunities.
  • Gathering feedback by conducting user research to ensure services remain valuable and relevant to our clients.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a similar role for an IT Managed Service Provider Business
  • Previous product management experience with examples of developing managed services for Azure or Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Experience of operating within a product management framework and launching new products.
  • Ability to engage in conversations with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded, with experience in product management of customer-facing IT services
  • Experience in translating ideas/concepts, from a range of stakeholders, into workable solutions with a clear, prioritised roadmap and strategy to achieve them.
  • Good understanding of product development practices
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel

Desirable Skills

  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS)
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
  • M365
  • Understanding of Microsoft Security portfolio
  • Legal Sector Experience, with knowledge of core Legal Sector solutions
  • Use of JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheets, MS Project

What we can offer you

  • Annual salary: 60,000 - 65,000 DOE
  • Hybrid working - 1 day a week in our London office, plus Occasional travel as needed to Daresbury/Clients/Events
