Marketing Specialist - CRM and Email Automation

Salary £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

Marketing Specialist - As a innovative disruptor within financial services, our client has built a bespoke - cutting edge platform, which enables their brokers to work efficiently and at a high volume, which has enhanced the businesses performance, as a result consistent growth is up month to month - which has enabled organic growth.

Due to year-on-year growth my client is actively seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team and take a lead in driving forward, delivering and Automating Digital marketing for our clients products and services - CRM and Email Automation for their robust market leading innovative platform for the personal finance market.

As an experienced Marketing professional you will be tasked with Designing and Implementing CRM Strategies: Creating personalised communication strategies that nurture relationships with both B2C and B2B audiences. Automating Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop, test, and optimise automated email systems to engage, inform, and convert leads.

B2C and B2B Focus: Strategise and execute tailored marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B sectors, promoting loan offerings and special features.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilise advanced tools to analyse customer behaviours, refine strategies, and report key insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.

Customer Insights and Segmentation: Leverage CRM data to create targeted and effective customer segments.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all communications are accurate, compelling, and compliant with legal and brand standards.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in CRM communication and email marketing
  
• Proven success in B2C and B2B digital marketing
  
• Expertise in email automation tools and CRM platforms
  
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  
• Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  

Advantageous Skills - not essential:

• Experience in the finance / Mortgage / loan industry
  
• Certifications in CRM or email marketing platforms
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking
