Microsoft Master Trainer - Florida USA

We seek a highly trained and experienced Microsoft Master Trainer to join a dynamic team. As a Microsoft Master Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching programs to distribution channels, partners, and resellers.

Responsibilities:

-          Design and deliver engaging training programs on various Microsoft products and technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and Azure, and others.
-          Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop customized training solutions.
-          Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
-          Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
-          Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals seeking to improve their Microsoft skills.
-          Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and certifications to ensure training programs align with industry standards.
-          Participate in professional development activities to enhance training delivery skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

-          American citizen.
-          Current place of residence: Florida, USA.
-          Have strong knowledge of and mastery of all Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and Azure versions. Mastery in SQL Server is a plus.
-          Extensive experience in delivering Microsoft training programs to individuals and groups.
-          Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
-          Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
-          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Conditions offered:

-          Full-time job, 160 hours per month.
-          Hybrid job position (you work from home and must eventually attend or collaborate with training courses or visit Clients).
-          Incorporation date: November 2023.
