In order to support this plan, we are recruiting a Solution & Deployment Engineer:

Main activities

Project Management:

• Manage factory acceptance tests to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate system integration and testing with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee interoperability management to ensure seamless integration with customer systems
• Configure project and system settings to meet customer requirements
• Manage on-site integration and deployment activities with customer technical staff and integrators
• Coordinate project timelines and planning for both current and upcoming projects

Technical Support:

• Provide timely phone, email, and onsite technical support to customers
• Prepare and manage test platforms to validate new features, patches, and hot fixes
• Manage RMA follow-up activities to ensure prompt resolution of issues
• Provide internal support to solutions, system, and customer services engineers
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal stakeholders

Administration and Documentation:

• Manage incident tracking and management and knowledge base maintenance
• Develop and maintain technical notes for the knowledge base of our products
• Generate maintenance documentation, tracking sheets, and reports to support customer maintenance activities
• Continuously enhance the support process to improve customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the elaboration and improvement of product documentation, including datasheets, release notes, and manuals.
