For the expansion of our team in the area of Service Design & Analytics we are looking for a Statistician / Data Analyst with focus on data analysis (m/f/x) for our location in Madrid with focus on solution design and user experience for user-oriented service processes.

Tasks

• Close cooperation with the team management in the implementation of the operational day-to-day business
• Data analysis & statistical evaluations
• Writing result- and solution-oriented reports with operational and business strategy recommendations for action
• Development of algorithms for data analysis and design of data collection processes
• Continuous control and monitoring of data quality standards
• Delegation and coordination of tasks to the service providers involved
• Determination & preparation of quality indicators (Six Sigma)
• Management of own projects in the area of data analysis and data collection

Requirements

• Completed university studies (preferably mathematics, business mathematics, economics, sociology) with sound knowledge in market research and data analysis
• Already have first professional experience in market research and data analysis desirable
• Methodological confidence and sound experience in all common methods of quantitative market research and data analysis
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially EXCEL, SPSS and R-programming knowledge desirable
• Good time management, organizational skills and meticulous work ethic
• High adherence to deadlines & ability to work on time
• Analytical & holistic thinking
• Enjoy working independently & developing new topics and projects
• Fluent English working proficiency
