Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch services, and we are currently seeking an Onboarding and Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As an Onboarding and Recruitment Specialist at My Support Staff, you will play a multifaceted role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients' new employees while also assisting in the recruitment process. In addition to handling remote I9 verification, eVerify, Kronos overview, and related tasks, you will be responsible for prospect cold calling and supporting our recruitment efforts. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote I9 verification in compliance with federal regulations.
  • Manage the eVerify process to verify the employment eligibility of new hires.
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of Kronos time and attendance system to new employees.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the onboarding process, including document collection and compliance checks.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the onboarding process.
  • Stay up-to-date with current HR regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • - Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • - Conduct prospect cold calling to identify potential clients interested in our HR outsourcing services.
  • - Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and attract qualified candidates for our clients.
  • - Maintain a database of prospective clients and candidates.
  • - Provide support to the recruitment team by scheduling interviews and coordinating follow-up activities.
  • - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in HR onboarding, recruitment, or a related HR role.
