Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and established standards.
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, and icing.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking.
- Assist in the development of new pastry recipes and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation.
