Client Requirements

Our Client, they have increased their criteria for submitting candidates for DON shortlisting; see below the new criteria we will be working off when they give us the green light:

• Degree level trained (nurses holding a nursing diploma only will not be considered)
  
• Candidates must hold a min. 3yrs recent experience in a min. 500 bedded acute general hospital experience in ICU, Medical or Surgical wards, they don t wish to see any other specialties at this time
  
• Candidate must hold an NMC Certification. IELTS or OET Certification Mandatory
  

All successful applicants are entitled to a relocation package of :

• 4 weeks accommodation
  
• Flight to Ireland and return at end of the 2 years contract to the value of 800
  
• NMBI costs reimbursed to value of 350
  
• Permit/visas costs. You will require an AWS initially to come and do the adaptation and once successful and pinned the hospital will apply for a Critical Skills Employment permit for you, valid for 2 years. Please refer to for more details on this.
