Job Description

Electrician Helpers Needed Rancho Cucamonga

Residential Electrician is seeking helpers to assist with in-home electrical installation projects and repairs.


Summary Description:

Help electricians by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment.


Job Duties

Measure, cut and bend wire, conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools

Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning

Strip insulation from wire ends, using wire stripping pliers.

Assemble wiring fixtures such as ceiling fans and lighting fixtures

Drill holes and push wiring through openings

Clean work area and provide tools for the Electrician

Transport tools an equipment to the work site.

Maintain tools, vehicles and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order

String transmission lines or cables through ducts.

Bolt components together using hand tools.

Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in electrical systems or an overall handy man with a good work ethic and attitude.

Must maintain a presentable appearance at all times.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must have transportation to work site.


Pay $18-$30 per hour

M F (hours will vary based upon the daily projects assigned)
