We are currently seeking Software Displays Engineers to join an expert team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex software functions within Next Generation Avionics Displays here in Phoenix, AZ. As a Software Displays Engineer you will be responsible for designing and developing Display Platform software that is required to support platform configurability and scalability.Applicants must be local to the area or willing to relocate. Due to the nature of the contract candidates must be US Citizen or hold Green Cards.
Requirements
- 10 plus years of SW architecture design and embedded C++ coding experience
- 5 plus years of Open GL ES
- Object oriented development experience
- Firmware and driver development experience
- Multithreading/Multicore processing
- Touch and gesture development experience
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (DO-178C preferred)
- Creating test cases for software based upon use cases derived from the system and software requirements
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
