Job Description

I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their business by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects, improve processes, and optimize business performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, user stories, and system specifications.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
