As such you will have a good overall business understanding, be a great communicator with solid experience in leading, motivating and managing a team to achieve business targets.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be overseeing team of staff ensurig smooth operations at all times.

Skills And Experience Required
3+ years of Clinic Management experience within an aesthetic business
A self-starter with the ability to work and achieve goals KPIs autonomously- proven experience is a must
3+ years of experience in managing, motivating, and leading a team to achieve targets successfully
Sales management, ensuring targets are met
Project management experience, ability to multitask
Business administration
CQC, clinical governance
Stock management
Negotiation skills
Relationship development and management
Ideally holds a business related degree
Financial analysis & reporting, sales management, analysis, and delivery- you will have the ability to regularly analyse successes and challenges within the customer journey and create action plans for success

Requirements
Management experience in a medical spa/clinic with a history of achieving budgets (minimum 2 years)
Experience in clinic management and a strong background in driving sales
Strong management skills
Proven track record of delivering on KPIs
Strong analytic skills in understanding the business and providing business insight
Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Excellent organisational, time and self-management skills
Autonomy and strong sense of initiative
Exposure to working in a CQC environment
