Sr Business Analyst- Production Planning

Our client is looking for a Sr. SAP Business Analyst with Production Planning expertise.

Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning

SAP PP Implementation Experience: End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains

Good configuration knowledge of PP Operations

Budgeting, Material Requirement Planning, Project quotation, Timesheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS

Experience in the complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement

Integration knowledge with FICO and MM, SD, and PP

Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation designs

Minimum 5 years of experience and have at least worked on two end-to-end SAP PS implementations

SKILLS:

Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes, including MRP, production orders, BOM, routing, capacity planning, and shop floor control

Proficient in SAP PP configuration, including work centers, production versions, master data, and production scheduling profiles

Experience in designing and implementing production planning and manufacturing analytics and reporting structures within SAP PP

Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, or FI

Driven to learn new practices continuously, processes, methodologies, and technologies.

Experience using Microsoft Office products.

Ability to document functional and technical specifications.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.

Effective written, verbal communication and customer service skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Requires Bachelors Degree or higher; or related experience and/or Training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

7+ years relevant experience (combined business and technical).

5+ years ERP experience (combined business and technical).

Experience working for a defense contractor or shipbuilder preferred.

Ability to traverse Supply Chain processes and regulations as they relate to manufacturing in the defense industry.
