Litigation Attorney- Little Rock

Our firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, including experience with legal research, document drafting, and court appearances. We are looking for an attorney who is able to work independently and collaboratively, is highly organized, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple cases at once.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze legal documents.
  
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal memoranda.
  
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
  
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
  
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
  
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve client objectives.
  
• Conduct investigations and collect evidence to support legal proceedings.
