Key Duties:
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their accommodation preferences, budget constraints, and specific requirements. Recommend suitable hotel options accordingly.
Thorough Hotel Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on hotels, resorts, and lodging choices to equip clients with precise details on amenities, services, and strategic locations.
Reservation Excellence: Expertly manage and secure hotel bookings, room reservations, and additional services such as room upgrades, special requests, and amenities.
Client-Centric Communication: Deliver top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the hotel booking process.
Sales Proficiency: Promote supplementary services such as airport transfers, local excursions, and travel insurance to elevate the overall travel experience for our valued clients.
Partner Relations: Cultivate and nurture relationships with hotels, accommodation providers, and partners to ensure our clients receive premium services and exclusive benefits.
Documentation Support: Assist clients with essential documentation, reservation details, and other necessary information to facilitate their travel plans.
Creative Problem Solving: Serve as a valuable resource for clients, offering solutions to any issues related to hotel bookings, be it modifications, cancellations, or special requests.
Requirements:
Eligibility to work in the United States or Mexico.
Minimum age of 18.
