Job Description
SaaS Customer Experience (CX) Software Vendor, headquartered in North America and established since the early 2000s.They are seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to develop AIfeatures in their enterprise CX software that encompasses Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision (Video) and Data Analytics. You will assist with existing product design, software applications development.
Whilst not a primary part of the role, you will also be involved with installation and implementation of projects, as well as work with sales and marketing teams to explore business requirements and react quickly to customer feedback.
The role reports to their Head of Engineering. Hybrid work environment with occasional travel into their London or Cambridgeshire office as needed. They offer flexible working arrangements.

Requirements
- Degree in a Computing-related field.
- Expert knowledge of Java
- Familiar with Angular, Spring Framework, PostgreSQL.
- Expertise in AI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, etc, would be advantageous but is not essential
- Working knowledge in AWS, GCP cloud services and environment.
- Experience with customer experience or contact centre software would be useful, e.g. VOIP (Asterisk), Social Media Chatbots (WA, FB, WeChat, etc.)
- Strong technical analytical problem resolution skills.
- Familiar with Windows and Linux environment.
